From the breathtaking landscapes of Rio—where mountains, beaches, and samba rhythms collide—to the rich Afro-Brazilian heritage and warm tropical spirit of Salvador, this trip blends culture, history, relaxation, and pure adventure.

 

In Rio, you’ll soak in iconic sights like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the world-famous Copacabana shoreline. Then, fly north to Salvador, a city bursting with color, rhythm, and centuries-old traditions. Wander the cobblestone streets of Pelourinho, enjoy lively music and dance, indulge in delicious Bahian cuisine, and unwind on some of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches.

 

Whether you're drawn by the scenery, the culture, or the energy that only Brazil can offer, this trip is designed to immerse you in the magic of two of its most iconic cities. Get ready for days filled with discovery, nights filled with rhythm, and memories that will last a lifetime.


 

Day 1: Arrive in Rio de Janeiro-Galeao International  Airport (GIG) by 12 noon. If your flight arrives later than noon, please consider coming in a day earlier. Check into our hotel and get ready for the Welcome Dinner.
 

Day 2: Explore the iconic city of Rio de Janeiro, including a visit to Corcovado Mountain via train to see the iconic Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Stroll through the Lapa neighborhood and see the famous Selarón Steps., a celebrated cultural landmark.  Learn about the history of carnival in Brazil and get in costume!

 

Day 3: Enjoy a scenic excursion via cable car to Sugarloaf Mountain. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro, Guanabara Bay, and the Atlantic coastline. Witness the Santa Teresa sunset.


Day 4: Rest Day - Enjoy the hotel amenities,  a cooking class,  samba lessons or go paragliding.


Day 5: Participate in a guided Favela Tour, providing cultural insight into local communities, history, and daily life.

 

Day 6: Explore Rio’s world-famous beaches, such as Copacabana, Leblon and Ipanema, with time to relax and take in the vibrant atmosphere.

 

Day 7: We will take an early morning flight to Salvador. In the evening, enjoy a visit to the historic Lacerda Elevator, offering stunning views of the Bay of All Saints. Walk through Pelourinho, explore cobbled streets and its historic architecture.

 

Day 8: A guided City Tour of Salvador, exploring historic and cultural highlights including colonial architecture, Afro-Brazilian heritage sites, and local markets. Visit the Afro-Brazilian Museum, São Francisco Church, and Mercado Modelo.

 

Day 9: Enjoy a relaxing Boat Tour, showcasing the scenic waterways and coastal beauty of the region.  Optional: Capoeira show or visit a local Candomblé center.

 

Day 10: Your trip has come to an end.  Transfer to transfer to Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport (SSA)

Refund Policy

  • A deposit of $200 is needed to secure your spot on each trip. This deposit is fully refundable 14 days after payment is made.

  • Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required every month until paid in full, to keep your reservation current for each trip.

  • Monthly payments become non-refundable 15 days after payment is made.

  • All trips are non-transferable.

  • No refund will be issued if you cancel your booking within 120 days of departure.

  • Travel/Cancellation insurance is highly recommended for all trips.

Entry Requirements

  • Passport: You will need a valid passport for entry. Verify country specific requirements for blank passport pages and months of validity.

  • Visa & Photos: Some countries require visa for entry. Verify type of visa and be prepared with passport-sized photos for visa applications. 

  • Proof of Purpose: Invitation letter (if visiting someone) or hotel booking confirmation.
